Do NOT use this company! They lie cheat and steal. Have no respect for the tenants! When something breaks, they give it “duct tape” work. Nothing is actually fixed. It’s just bandaid up. When you call them out on their non sense they blame you! Like a pack of narcissists!! They do the bare minimum and get rich while you live in slumps! They act like they are your friend just to use your info against you! They also use your info to gossip to the other tenants!!
Been calling for over a week now about info on a property and no one has got back to me. They never answer the phone
I had them as management with a rental for 2 years. They were alright in the beginning, but turned out to be a bunch of jokers, liars, and thieves. Also, if you are a Housing tenant, and you report them to YHA or whatever County you are in, they like to threaten to evict you or your family.
