The absolute WORST! We purchased a home from Justin Cates and we were taken complete advantage of! We were relocating and purchasing from California. The seller agreed to replace and fix everything the inspector found wrong biggest thing was the two broken windows that were replaced with a plastic by the previous owner! Cristina Morales is a joke. I have purchased a house that she listed and the previous owners are still inside the house and will not leave. All Morales did, was wash her hands and walk away from the mess she created. After almost a month, I still have not been able to even go inside my house. Stay away from this useless and incompetent woman.
