Edit to add you have alot of explaining to do!!! Something fishy with money is definietly going on here!! Lots of ladys you have incorrectly charged. You guys made me pay my balance in full before you would send my records to my new doctor so why after I paid that full amount are you updating new balances literally almost a full year later?? Right before you close your office?? Impossible for there to be new balances since your office refuses to let you go to a new practice without it being paid off. And I'm not the only one... read more
This is the worst doctor ever. Make this your last resort. And I didn’t even want to give them a star.
I would give 0 if I could 1. The hours are listed wrong. 2. The front desk doesn't check the insurance properly, and charged us. 3. The Doctor LITERALLY told me about having multiple appt for her to get paid. 4. The service of the staff is cold and uncomfortable. 5. So much for women helping woman, she doesn't care.
Dr. Rana was my doctor for my first pregnancy. She ensured that she explained everything to me and has wonderful bedside manner. I will continue to receive care from her for future female checkups.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. Women's health care is a complete joke to this place. Office staff is rude. They make it impossible to schedule appointments. Do not return calls. The list goes on and. Save yourself the trouble, bad care and experience and don't go here. They'll leave you frustrated and in tears.
