We purchased our home from New Beginnings in November 2023. Within a year the driveway is loosing its top layer of concrete. I have repeatedly called to ask to speak with the contractor that laid the driveway and have been ignored. I had a different contractor come and give me a quote to fix it and it will cost approximately $12,000. The work done around the house is sloppy and corners have been cut to get the project done. I would not recommend anyone buying a home from these contractors
This is a great company! They had a bunch of different floor plans and the pricing was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier!
