Extremely disappointed. Paid $1,120 on 6/19/24 for home making for my dad who suffered a stroke a year ago and needed help for 1 week. The contract was 6/22 to 6/29 from 9 am to 2 pm. Today 6/22 no show, I called and left a voicemail at 9:20 am. Alicia a manager called me back stating they had called the worker 3 times, left her voicemails and saying they have no idea why she no showed. Thank GOD I paid for an extra 2 days to train them and get to know them with my dad first! If I had been away he would’ve been left ALONE!!!... read more
