Biggest rip off for assistance. Beware of the crooked billing department.
It’s a good thing this place is closing soon. I started therapy with Alisha when I was 18 and she was great. But I received med management with Shelly for 4 years, and she was fine at first, even sending my med refills to Tennessee when I was going to college there. However within the last year, I don’t know what happened, but between Shelly and the front desk I could never get a straight answer on anything. I can't even speak on them from a personal level because I have never been able to speak to a single person. I've made 2 online inquiries, both months apart, about seeking services, and after being told someone would be in contact within 48 hours, I haven't heard from a single person. I guess they aren't accepting new patients.
Most unprofessional place I have ever been to. Took my teenage daughter twice, she liked her therapist Krystal until the third week when she no showed and the fourth week when she called a couple of hours before her appointment and said she no longer took our insurance. To do that to a child with zero explanation is absolutely wrong. You can never get a hold of anyone to even find out what the hell is going on.
Therapist didn't make either appointment calling me minutes before appointment like a child canceling. Made excuses like a teen child with a flat, didn't feel well, couldn't make it back in time from out of town vacation yet still wanted to charge me for services not received. POS to be honest.
