I was so disappointed with this dental office. Although it appears to be a classy and premiere establishment, I had the worst experiences there which now fuel my fear of the dentist. I was a patient around 2010-2013. I needed fillings and due to my financial situation, I could only do one at a time. The office assistant Renee said that I needed to do at least 2 at a time so that the cavities wouldn't spread. That was not a luxury I could afford at the time. Very nice people. The dentist is very professional. They really care about your teeth. I will be getting a lot of work done here. I also bring my 2 year old here. Very clean and comfortable lobby.
Staff is friendly but got 2 crowns done and felt everything even had to get stitches for root canal. Because the root canal wasn't done correctly I now have to get that tooth removed because of the infection it has cause. Wish I could post pics.
I always have a good outcome and experience at New Beginnings
