This place is an embarrassment to the entire metal health field...shaming me for missing paper work and speaking to me in a mocking way...whoever answers the phone there literally has blood on their hands...I feel bad for any family who has reached out just to be treated like an inconvenience here
Called trying to get in touch with a provider about a case that involved me in 1991. I explained to the secretary that I was not a client, that I just wanted some general information. She continually interrupted me, then told me that legally the provider I requested could not speak to me. First of all, in what universe are you legally not allowed to answer the question "do you remember me?"
