The therapists are fine, I don't have any problem with them. I have a problem with how this company conducts business. They charged my bank account with my card information on two occasions, without me being present, and I wasn't even there for an appointment on those two days. One of the days, I had an appointment which I did not attend, and the second day was not one which I had an appointment for. They charged A LOT, too, more than what a typical visit normally costs. They drained my bank account in just 1 week with two unauthorized transactions!! I have no idea what i am going to do now. They did not send me a bill, they did not send me an email, they did not give me a call. Last week they took $220 directly out of my account without my consent and i didn't even go last week. I just found out they drained the remaining $120 today and i did not even have an appointment. I'd have been happy to pay that amount if they handed me a bill or communicated that to me in ANY WAY, but they just up ... read more
