We met with Michael for couples therapy, and he helped us improve our communication and learn how to stop fighting. I love that he was always careful never to take sides, while helping each of us realize that we can choose to be the one to end a fight. He helped us to the point that we rarely fight now and were able to stop counseling. He is a wonderful family and marriage therapist, and we feel lucky to have met with him at the New Beginning American Fork office.
I am SO grateful for New Beginnings! Pure blessing that I found this office and therapist when I did. When I was first searching for a therapist the front office was so kind and continues to be. I've been working with Ashley M. for about 4 years and I can't recommend her enough. She has helped me through many life challenges. Highly highly highly recommend her and this office!
