This program has taught me to take back my control. Not let my emotions or use my emotions to hurt others or myself with anger. Anger is a normal feeling and New Beginnings has taught me. How to resolve what is in front of me, in an appropriately and healthy way. Making sure both parties are calm and are willing to recognize violence is not the answer.
