This place was fine when I went but the lady decided to text my 18 year old sister (after dropping her) calling her rude, inconsiderate, irresponsible for missing appointments (which is entirely valid, but NOT MY SISTER’S FAULT) especially knowing the gravity of her home life and how awful it is. How is this place open? The meth head counselor needs a urinalysis and her parole revoked. Stephanie displays the erratic behavior of a full blown meth addict. The damage she inflicts on the minor children sent to her for counseling is appalling. Who hires these people????? Her response to my honest review screams she is clearly unstable and full of excuses for questions never asked. Responsible adults don't behave in this manner. On her good days she takes these minors on dates. How is this legal?

The counselor at New Beginnings is amazing. She is friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable about the disease of addiction as well as mental health issues. She is down to earth and communicates well with teenagers at their level. I have had two teens that had unfortunately been struggling with both mental health and substance addiction.
