Mental health is very important and I appreciate this group of professionals in our community who have the heart and energy to help others going through difficult times. I would recommend this company who sees both children and adults. They are kind, helpful, organized and you get a lot from their services.
Unfortunately, New Beginnings has let me down twice now. It seems like they don’t care to schedule me. I was excited to see them around December for the first time… I went after a long work day on Friday. I liked the clinician and we planned multiple session appointments. Unfortunately every session was cancelled 1-3 days before it occurred. It was my understanding she had a family emergency which I sympathize with. I wish I’d known ahead of time so I wasn’t excited to have therapy every week just to be let down last minute.... read more
