Went with my sister and family and the customer service from Tina made all 6 of us feel unwanted and uncomfortable. She pretty much laughed at our budget and was so snoody. She ruined the experience for us and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I loved how private the rooms were and they are decorated so nicely! Nicole made me feel comfortable and helped me find the PERFECT dress! Great service!
I had the best experience here! Nicole was who helped me and she was so easy going and made it such an easy process!! Even though I had other appointments and ended up purchasing my dress somewhere else, I was bummed I wasn't able to by it from here just because of my experience! It the best experience I had hands down. Highly recommend Nicole.
