It’s a good thing this place is closing soon. I started therapy with Alisha when I was 18 and she was great. But I received med management with Shelly for 4 years, and she was fine at first, even sending my med refills to Tennessee when I was going to college there. I can't even speak on them from a personal level because I have never been able to speak to a single person. I've made 2 online inquiries, both months apart, about seeking services, and after being told someone would be in contact within 48 hours, I haven't heard from a single person. I guess they aren't accepting new patients.

Most unprofessional place I have ever been to. Took my teenage daughter twice, she liked her therapist Krystal until the third week when she no showed and the fourth week when she called a couple of hours before her appointment and said she no longer took our insurance. To do that to a child with zero explanation is absolutely wrong. You can never get a hold of anyone to even find out what the hell is going on.

Therapist didn't make either appointment calling me minutes before appointment like a child canceling. Made excuses like a teen child with a flat, didn't feel well, couldn't make it back in time from out of town vacation yet still wanted to charge me for services not received. POS to be honest.

Kept canceling on me when I had my kids with me while I'm going threw a mentally an emotionally abusive time in my life and really needed to keep my therapy sessions. I have no help with my kids cause I've been stuck in a very bad situation that has kept me unable to get child care so I could be kid free. My therapist cancelled more appointments on me than ones I wasn't able to make cause I had my kids or was I was in the hospital. I wish I could give zero stars.
