Very unorganized Called before coming in and they told me to come back 2 different times when I did come back, then told me to come back the next day and still wasn’t able to get me in. Very unprofessional.
Being new in town I called to schedule an appointment. The 1st haircut went well. I called to schedule another appointment a few months later. I got busy at work and completely forgot about the appointment. I tried calling several times to apologize and reschedule. I have left several messages and never received a return phone call. I feel like I was blacklisted because I missed the appointment. Will not try to go back again!
