Jeff helped me to get my life back. I was not well at all physically or mentally after a very bad car accident that I'm grateful to be alive from. Thank you Jeff, keep caring. We need you! <3
I find Jeff to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He is guiding me to improve my leg strength, for a hip replacement. He pushes me enough to challenge me, but not so much to hurt me. I would highly recommend him!
