We are full service offering pedicures, manicures, skin care including anti-aging, waxing, massage, and Chakra balancing energy work. Our salon is full service as well and specializes in AVEDA hair color and special event hair such as weddings.

RecommendedJordan is so talented at cuts and color. I give her a basic idea of what I might want and the outcome is always perfect. She has been very sensitive to my concerns regarding hair breakage and has helped to improve the health of my hair tenfold.
What a wonderful salon and spa. I was treated so nice. Had a foot soak while waiting for my hair color to set, and than a hand massage while waiting in the shampoo bowl. Michele did an awesome job! It was my first visit and she listened to what I wanted and it was Perfect!
Got a facial for Christmas and it was fantastic. Aspen was friendly and the facial was so relaxing and left my face feeling hydrated and clean. Highly recommend her.
Way over priced. When this salon first opened the time and quality was there. You could spend time with your stylist and actually discuss what you wanted with them. Now they are more concerned about time and getting as many clients in as possible. No longer are the days with quality time with the stylist. High turn around on stylists as well. First started going to them because they were in Hillsboro. I will now return to Portland.
The staff at the reception desk are super friendly and very welcoming. They greed you with smile. My Stylist Sara Jane was great, she took the time giving me very nice hair cut and was very friendly. I will for sure be back
Sara Jane rocks. New Beginnings has a wonderful atmosphere that you don't find at just any salon. Starting with a cocktail followed by a foot soak and a hand massage during a hair appointment. The front desk staff are always very welcoming and helpful, even when it is late in the evening at the end of their work day. Highly recommend.
I was really happy with my pedicure! I'm definitively going again.
