I met two friends here and we each had wonderful 50 minute massages with three different massage therapists. We were all extremely pleased and relaxed afterwards! Then we visited in the comfortably elegant lounge where we had tea and chatted by the fire. It was so nice to take a break in the middle of a busy week right here in my hometown where it was convenient but still felt like a getaway. I will definitely go back and will recommend to many!
As someone who travels near and far to rejuvenate I have to say this is one of my favorite new spas. Sarah gave me an amazing massage and helped me achieve peace and a sense of well being. I juggle many kids and careers and I haven't felt this calm in a long time. This will become a bi-weekly treat to self! If you like highly rated spas such as The Mayflower Inn, Post Ranch Inn, Calistoga Ranch.., you will enjoy NBW. I had an amazing experience at NBW. The spa is immaculate and the staff is incredible. I enjoyed a Thai massage (you must try!) and a facial, and cannot wait to go back for more services. It's a little slice of heaven right and such a nice escape from the everyday routine. Totally recommend giving NBW a try. The products are also all natural, an added bonus.
I had a massage with Kim recently- it was the best massage I have ever had! Such a beautiful spa and wonderful staff working there. This is the only place I will go to in the area from now on! Definitely recommend the 80 min massage as the 50 minute one I had went by way too quickly!
Had an AMAZING spa day at NBW. Fantastic massage and then restorative Hydra facial MD. My skin looks and feels ten years younger. I'm hooked on Hydra!
The staff is wonderful! I can't say enough about Laura Courtelyou Reidy the Physicians Assistant who treated me. Great personality and she is excellent at what she does! The facility is beautiful and inviting. I had such a great experience here. My girlfriends and I will definitely return for a ladies day of relaxation�
