I highly highly recommend NB&W. The staff is highly trained and excellent service. The changing rooms and waiting areas are extremely serene & meticulous. I also want to recognize the spa for how philanthropic they are. Melissa the Spa Director is fabulous. I am involved in several non-for-profits and they have been overly generous. I will support NB&W for years to come and you should too! Great Establishment.
Great place to get a massage
I took my friend to New Beauty & Wellness for her birthday and we both agree, we found the mother ship. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, it was an amazing experience. The staff was warm and welcoming. The facial was off the charts wonderful. We can't wait to go back.
Today, I had a most wonderful massage with the amazing therapist Debra. It was beyond relaxing, as I felt the stress leave my body. I’ve never had a massage where the truly relaxed feeling and results has lasted all day long. The spa is beautiful and the staff are lovely. I wish I could give it 10 stars. I cannot wait for my next visit.
Relaxing massage from Deborah - just what I needed! Sometimes I need the deep pressure - today just needed to relax - Deb was great and knew exactly what I requested. The spa atmosphere is tranquil - providing an escape from the madness! Can’t wait to go back!
First time here and it was amazing. Received a facial treatment from Andrea (she’s done my facials for years) Very educational and knowledgeable about skin care. I highly recommend this place for your skin care needs. Great product lines, relaxing and clean atmosphere and friendly staff! Very pleased, cannot wait to go back �
