Jeff, the sales person was very professional, arrived on time had a great presentation. The installation crew, arrived on time, were very nice and did excellent work. Cleaned up and were finished in 1 day. We love our new walk-in shower.
Terrible experience - Do not recommend at all I am writing this review to warn others about New Bath Today. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a remodeling company. The work they performed is of very poor quality, and even worse, they do not honor their warranties. Once they get paid, they completely forget about the customer. My bathroom is absolutely beautiful and the work stands for itself. I love it
Matt and his assistant were awesome! We actually had 2 walk in showers installed in the same week. One for ours and one for my daughter’s. Great work and quality parts. It looks great. Big thanks to Matt. Had a small leak after install and they came back in a couple of days and fixed it. Highly recommend New Bath
