Installers put in minimal effort to keep areas clean. Their dust from cutting was all over guest bedroom instead of them simply closing the door that was 2 feet away from them. There were remnants of unpacking material in the yard after. They used the outside hose and I found it in the bushes the next day. The most frustrating part is that they installed a shower door that had a noticeable defect in the glass that they should have noticed. I could not be more pleased. The installers were punctual, very pleasant, did an excellent job and left everything in great shape. Love the shower! I would recommend that anyone use New Bath Today. You won't be disappointed.

We had a scheduled appointment for these guys to come out and give us an estimate on a complete tub to shower conversion and new bathroom flooring as well. Today, 3 hours before our appointment, I get a call from them. They went ahead and canceled my appointment because they couldn't reach ne on New Year's Eve day to "confirm." Allen Smith, Design Consultant, came to evaluate my shower / tub renovation. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I have a very old shower / tub set up and he was able to provide a very thorough evaluation. The samples were high quality. They use Kohler products. I would very highly recommend Allen Smith and New Bath Today.
