Although we are satisfied with the final result of our tub-to-shower conversion, our overall experience was diminished by several significant concerns. The sales process was particularly disappointing; the representatives were excessively persistent in their efforts to secure an immediate commitment, eventually involving a supervisor to pressure us into an agreement while consistently disparaging competitors' products when we noted that we were obtaining multiple quotes before making our decision. D’Angelo was very professional, courteous and worked hard to get everything done in just 2 days. His attention to detail was spot on, especially around the clean up. I’m very satisfied with the product and the installation overall. Thanks D’Angelo and team.
The installer was friendly and seem knowledgeable about the job. I think he needed more experience in installing this type of shower. They gave it their best shot to complete the installation in a suitable time frame.
The sales part of the process was less than desirable. The actual installation was fantastic. Jason Greenhaw was so polite and thorough with his work. Please ask for him for your installation.
The replacement of the tub for the shower I find it was overcharged. The crew that did work did a great job on a timely matter.
