Jason Greenhaw and crew did a great job converting our tub/shower into a walk-in shower using Luxstone at our home in North Port, FL. Everything finished just as we planned. Jason was very professional, friendly, and communicated with us throughout the installation. Blake Teder, salesperson, also did a great job of designing our shower and quickly replied to any questions we had after his visit and prior to installation.
Jason Greenhaw, Desmond Graham, and Alex were a great team that New Bath Today sent to our home to demolish our old walk in shower and replace it with a beautiful new shower! They ran into a few problems with the original shower being built improperly, which held them back quite a bit. Therefore a 2-day job took 3 days, no fault of the crew. The sales process was particularly disappointing; the representatives were excessively persistent in their efforts to secure an immediate commitment, eventually involving a supervisor to pressure us into an agreement while consistently disparaging competitors' products when we noted that we were obtaining multiple quotes before making our decision.
