I stopped in last week for the first time, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been making an effort lately to step outside of my usual choices and experience more cuisines from different cultures, and New Bangkok was a great place to do just that. My 7 year old son and I stopped in for lunch. Hospitality was second to none. DO NOT SLEEP ON THE THAI TEA!! I had to take it away from my son so he didnt drink it all. We split some rangoons, the side sauce was outstanding. He got the shrimp and broccoli w/ fried rice. He was trying to drink the sauce off the plate it was so good. I got some sushi and was very pleased as well. Finished with a mochi sundae. What a great group of people making us feel very welcomed and comfortable.
Customer service horrible. Placed an order from home. I called and the customer service was the worst i have dealt with In a while. I asked for some soy sauce packets. Then I asked if they could make my pad see ew with a little extra sauce because it always ends up a little dry. She thought I was saying at salt and I tried to tell her that’s not what I was saying. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, even made me a drink for being their first customer of the day! food is really good and was made in a timely manner. Will definitely be back!
I love Bangkok thai and the people who run it!! The service is full of genuine kindness and the food is always amazing. My go to favorites are pad see ew, pad kee mao, sticky rice, papaya salad, and chicken satay...you can't go wrong with ANY of those....thai tea is also so good!
