Easy enough to work with, convenient facility’s
I've been there for many years office workers have always been very professional and polite it has been a joy to be in this facility my belongings I believe are very safe there and the repairs around the facility have been handled in a very timely basis prices are acceptable also i've been there for 10 years now. I have had a 10x30 unit since October 1999 it used to be Nathan‘s mini storage of New Baltimore when I rented it now it’s called storage wise and Never had a problem until April 2024 and then somebody cut my lock off the back door and replaced it with another lock 🔒 and then everything and anything of value was taken from the unit and all they left me was trash basically that I had to clean out and took too the Fauquier Dump Site March 5, 2026 And although the website says less to rent a 10x30 per month I got charged $332. ... read more
Easy to work with, units seem clean. Doors were a little stiff but are getting easier. So far pleased with our experience.
I have been a customer at Storage Wise New Baltimore for about five years. The storage rates are some of the best in the area, staff is professional and curtious. I recommend them highly if you are looking for a great storage place .
