I've rented several time over the past 20 years from him and the owner has always gone above and beyond to help me out. He doe's have a brash sense of humor but I find it funny. He jokes around all the time. Some people just have a stick stuck up their rear.
Owner is rude and impersonal on the telephone, and managed to provide an extremely poor experience that negatively impacted an entire moving process. We had a truck rental reserved at the time the business opened, though the owner advised me on the phone that he is always on site one hour prior to the stated open time, and that we were welcome to come early.
