I had ordered from this company for a repair in our body shop. Transaction went great. Part came in in a timely manner. It was wrong. Whatever that happens. It has now been two weeks since I contacted Will Dryer for a return. I spoke to him once and heard I was going to receive a return label in my email. I have since been ghosted. So they sent me incorrect parts from a parts trader order and Will Drye seems to be ghosting us and not sending materials to return.
WE ARE A LARGE BODY SHOP IN AUGUSTA GEORGIA AND PURCHASED A PART WHICH WAS INCORRECT AND HAVE TRIED FOR OVER 2 WEEKS TO GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO RETURN THE INCORRECT PART BUT NO ONE ANSWERS NOR RETURNS THE CALL!!! NEXT STEP IN FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
