We have attempted to contact them regarding a return for a part, but unfortunately, we have not received a response via phone or email. It is unclear why their customer service is lacking in responsiveness despite being open to the public.
Ordered for a job at our body shop Wasted time. They quote what they don't have. Their Voicemail is full and they don't answer any other phone numbers listed for this company.

I had ordered from this company for a repair in our body shop. Transaction went great. Part came in in a timely manner. It was wrong. Whatever that happens. It has now been two weeks since I contacted Will Dryer for a return. I spoke to him once and heard I was going to receive a return label in my email. I have since been ghosted. So they sent me incorrect parts from a parts trader order and Will Drye seems to be ghosting us and not sending materials to return.
