No matter what crazy haircut I come up with, Maria always makes it work!
I arrived on time to my 10am appointment (color, foils, and cut)and was sat in the stylists chair right away. I sat waiting in the chair without a stylist until 1030 when I got up and walked out without anyone talking to me that whole time. No explanation, update, or apology. I'm bummed about the terrible customer service and hoped that I'd get a call from the stylist or owner but no call came. Update: I did get a voicemail apology from the stylist and I do appreciate that
