This company deserves zero stars!!! I reached out to this company to provide and install glass door for my bathroom shower. There was a consultation appointment where a representative came and took measurements and afterwards I received an estimate for the work. First, the estimate for the work was RIDICULOUSLY high. Had my windshield replaced 3 weeks ago and my vinyl hood was damage so to installing the new glass.. and I’m still waiting to hear back from them.. proof is In The pic
RecommendedJust had my glass replaced! Ruben was very professional, very confident and very informative of what he was doing. he was very polite and nice as well! and respected all belongings inside my car! i hope next time if I ever need a Windshield changed again I hope I have him again! he was GREAT!
Do not use this company! They are slow in their response and follow-up. After being 3 months late on delivery of glass to our client, there were issues. Had to wait an additional 1 month to address issues. Owner didn't return calls. Then after our client was royally upset about the delay and quality, the owner, Andy, bad mouthed the client to their customers and harassed us for payment - even though we had not been paid by the client. Can't say enough about this company. Customer service is important to me and New Angle knocked it out of the park. Very nice people and very professional service. I needed my windshield replaced which was a special order part from Italy. The owner Andy, handled everything with my insurance company and the dealership, i did absolutely nothing.
