Very unprofessional and runs your credit without your permission. They started a bogus loan origination with property status TBD and a random number of $65,000. This was AFTER an email stating NOT to run credit. Six months of being strung along and $3500 of unrecoupable funds and no home. Closing was pushed over and over and their communication was extremely poor. The loan officer was so unprofessional she actually sent me an email making fun of the way our HUD consultant spoke!
