Let me just say once you sign the paperwork you are on your own, if I could rate a 0 I would, the name should be New India Funding. Support your country “Buy American”.
Everything seemed to go ok.. besides the interest rate that I couldn’t see and I got a grant for like 6 grand that was supposed to go to closing and it looks like it went in their pocket.. like I purchased the house for $137,000 and the taxes were supposed to b covered by the seller. Now it’s tax time and I get the bill. Then I go to see why and the purchase price was $142,000 and I had to put 1,000$ Ernest money and bring 600 to closing and they got the property tax money of 2,200 which was supposed to go to my principle an... read more
