This was a terrible experience with Moe Alzayadi, a loan officer at LO NMLS ID #: 2594725. He overpromised and couldn’t deliver a loan estimate on time. He was extremely careless and did our DTI and credit reports incorrectly. When I confronted him, he claimed to be right and that a director was with him during the credit profile review.
