I went through them to try and get a home equity line of credit. When I received all the final paperwork to sign, I realized that they were trying to refinance my while mortgage loan. This would have doubled my interest rate. Thankfully I had someone who I trusted and understands these documents better than I do. This company is without a doubt the worse I've ever experienced on communication. They made initial contact and now have all of our personal information and documents and we've not heard from them since! Buyers beware!
Alot of these must be bought reviews because I've had the worst experience with this place then any other. A guy named Sam alhumdi was supposed to be helping me get a loan and there has been little to no communication and now it's been several weeks and he has apparently stopped replying to my messages, at this point I will look elsewhere!
After obtaining my phone number through misleading marketing this company is repeatedly spamming me. The first time New American Funding called me I stated I wasn't interested and they said ok and we hung up. The second time I simply hung up on them without saying anything. Just now I was woken up from a nap from yet ANOTHER call from them, someone named Chad left me a voicemail trying to follow up. I already told them I wasn't interested.
