I have nothing but negative things to say about this lender. They delay closing, they walk back statements and make requests the day before the action item needs completed. I had to fix things with only hours of notice. It felt like i was fighting them every step of the way and i will not be using them in the future or recommending them to any of my friends.
New American Funding is the worst company ever!! Billy Gardner, Joseph Longo, and their entire team are incompetent and malicious people!! I have a very serious heart condition which I informed them of and they still strung me along. Continuously collecting information about me and my family with no intention of ever giving me the loan. I went through them to try and get a home equity line of credit. When I received all the final paperwork to sign, I realized that they were trying to refinance my while mortgage loan. This would have doubled my interest rate. Thankfully I had someone who I trusted and understands these documents better than I do. This company is without a doubt the worse I've ever experienced on communication. They made initial contact and now have all of our personal information and documents and we've not heard from them since! Buyers beware!
