Blanca was very informative about every loan option we were eligible for and walked us through the house-buying process with patience and reassurances. I was stunned to find out we were eligible for a loan because we had long given up on the prospect of being homeowners in California. However, after having a baby, we realized how important having our own space was, and having someone like Blanca to help us with the loan process was valuable!
