Everyone was incredibly helpful and informative. Getting the loan and buying the house was one of the easiest things we’ve ever done. If you are an organized person and have your paperwork ready, it will be one of the least stressful things you do. If you aren’t, the team will help walk you though the steps. Call or email them and get the process started. It’s the best decision you can make!
I have used this company for almost 10 years on multiple different properties. They were very professional and priced fairly. A couple of months ago I was assigned to a new representative by the name of Sergio. Upon receiving a proposal, I realized that he was charging me points and over a quarter of a percent higher then two other lenders I received a proposal from.
