We just had our carpeting and throw rugs cleaned - what an easy, wonderful experience! All 3 gentlemen were extremely friendly and polite! They were done quickly and their prices are more than fair. Kids, a dog and lightly colored carpets are a recipe for disaster but thanks to New Alexandria carpet cleaners our carpet and furniture look amazing. Great and friendly service. Would highly recommend them! We will definitely be using them again!

I used New Alex Carpet after a larger name company was not available. I’m so happy it worked out that way! My carpets were very “lived in” and they now look fantastic! They removed stains I thought would never come out -I was just hoping for a clean carpet. Above and beyond what I had hoped for. I will definitely recommend and use again. Five star and more!
This company is by far the best carpet and upholstery cleaners around. My rugs look new and smell fresh (I have 4 large dogs). The results were far superior to other "name brand" companies. The price was extremely fair, in fact, I was prepared for a much larger bill. They were exactly on time and couldn't have been any nicer. I highly recommend them!
