Lo peor de lo peor si pudiera advertirles les dijera que no se metan con este tipo de compañías si no quieren llevarse solo dolores de cabeza , son una M… totalmente esa señora que se llama Lourdes es de lo peor un terrible servicio y hasta amenaza , estoy tomando cartas en el asunto en contra de esta compañía ya que me han ofendido demasiado y en este país uno tiene derechos, no se como esta señora todavía sigue trabajando ahí .
If I could give this review negative stars I would-LOURDES in customer service is just awful- she is the main reason I am refinancing my car STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY-when I asked her why she was so rude she responded oh well if you do not like it and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I have no idea how this company is still in business.
Lourdes is VERY disrespectful... Every time I call this company for questions about the vehicle she brushes me off or talks too me like a child when I'm asking simple questions....I have been calling numerous times they keep sending me over too their fax number.... Also not trying too send over my documents stating how much I owe on the vehicle ... Def would not recommend this company too my worst enemy!!!
