UPDATE: After I posted this review, I received an apology email, a proposal based upon the scope and photos I had emailed, and a request to remove my earlier post and to give New Age another chance. Instead, I am giving a second star. BEWARE: It is inconceivable to me that this company has received good reviews. My first approach to New Age was via the contact form on its website. Excellent work! They were able to come out right away. The tech was great at letting me know the issue and how he was going to fix it. I was impressed at how quickly they had my light and all the outlets working again. Highly recommend and will use New Age again!
My New Age tech was friendly, punctual and efficient.
Glad to report a very positive experience using New Age Lighting to fix problems caused by my original Lutron installer. The technician was prompt, courteous, and most importantly he was extremely knowledgable and able to resolve all my issues, all the while explaining everything to me in layman's terms and taking care to treat my property respectfully.
