I will never shop there again I bought a sectional an the head pieces top parts started falling apart in 17 months I understand wear an tear but dam !!!! An they wanted to charge me $65 per piece to repair
I bought a matterss set a year ago and it now makes noise when I get in bed, after calling & going to the store the Caucasian lady (because I don't know her name) has been giving me the run around. What happened to customer satisfaction? She tells me the only way a person can come to check my issue is if I'm the truck rout. What kind of monkey mess is that?
Go elsewhere! That thing of a woman who sits at the front desk is a piece of work. If you want to be disrespected and insulted while spending your money, go right ahead! She's white with short grey hair and wears glasses. She's rude, immature, and has a disgusting attitude. I'll gladly spend more at a place where I am respected than at a crappy place where the thing of a woman throws refund money at me, tries to cheat me, and gets an attitude because I was smart enough to know she cheated me! Customer Service was excellent! Could not have asked for better service. Wish they were closer. I want to buy buy from them again.

Nice furniture, but the customer service wasn't the best. Went to pay the cashier the woman behind the counter had such a bad attitude . At least speak to me and put a smile on your face when taking my money.
