I went to this place a few times and they do pretty good haircuts and the vibes were always chill. I was always respectful, punctual, and tipped. Today I missed an appointment because of a scheduling mix up on my end. I originally booked for April 16th at 3pm, but it got moved to 3:15 by Tiffany, the owner. Seems like a great place to get a haircut, a lot of my teammates said many positive things about their cuts, I couldn’t cancel my appointment due to class, “the charge stands”. respectfully I understand your policy’s. It is what it is. Little gray area for getting new customers, with no understanding or tone of care on the phone when wanting to make a new appointment. The next day. Just not going to go back. And make sure you don’t miss your appointment. Everyone loves free money🤷🏻♂️
The owner is extremely uncomfortable to be around. The vibes are terrible. Spend your money elsewhere. They dont represent newport at all.
