This is the only shop I will take my van and car too! Jacob is truly an honest owner and the work always gets done in a timely manner. Last year when my van got stuck in a flood I took it to this shop. Sadly I needed a new engine. I was so stressed and worried but he told me to call my insurance company to see what could he done. I cannot believe my good fortune in finding an Honest, Expert mechanic . Jacob is superbly knowledgeable in his field ! He is patient , courteous, professional, friendly. It blows my mind that a customer would have all these exceptional qualities in one business at a fair price. Another mechanic would have claimed that I needed a new transmission- Jacob did not ! I had a headlight on my Honda CR-V , that was out and so i bought new bulb.Well i learned by going to about 7 different auto repair shops that not everybody knows how to replace a headlight on this car.also the adapter to the light was slightly broken.Drove up to New Age,and here comes Jacob,asked how he could help,in less than 5 minutes i had my headlight working.I was impressed to say the least,then this noble young man did not want to charge me,wow but i insisted on at least beer money,LoL,He would only accept 5 dollars,w... read more
