We bought a new carrier heat pump system from new age back in 2024. The promise was this would be a great unit to replace our oil heat. We have been unhappy and unsatisfied with the unit ever since purchasing. The salesman failed to mention you need to pay $400 a year in order to keep the warranty. This charge is for twice a year cleaning and expedited maintenance service. However, they fail to mention this does not cover deep cleanings.
