On October 4th, I received a text from my doctor that a prescription to be filled was submitted to New Aces Pharmacy. I waited until today, October 10th, to contact New Aces before I drove there to pick up. I spoke to Victoria. She stated someone was going to call me today. Now they have had the rx since the 4th mind you. Anyway, my insurance approved the meds but not them to fill it. New Aces gets the job done! Donna helped with my insurance to get medication that I needed approved since months ago.
