Really great experience here. Walked in for a builder gel refill. The service was very neat, quick, and my nails look great. The place is clean and very relaxing. I can’t wait to go back for my next refill!

I’d like to say I’m a regular now and my experience over the years has been more good than bad. Katie has been my go-to nail tech for the past few months but they’re all really great. All the ladies and the occasional gentleman that works the front desk are so kind.

If you want regular, basic, plain gel nails im sure they are fantastic at doing them. I came in only for a refill and new design. My shape was already done from my previous nail technician. I asked the owner if someone could do this nail style she said yes. I said are you sure because if you can’t it’s okay...I don’t want to pay for something someone can not do. I’ve been to New Nails 2000 a few times over the past 2-3 years. I appreciate the consistency in the good service, and that it’s a location that still accepts walk-ins (although I do call each day I’m planning to go). One interesting thing to note, is that each time you go, they sign off on a little card and after your 10th visit there’s a little reward.
