My son and I got screwed over by KIA of Anderson SC , so I called Will at New 2 You and we had a great experience there ! The owner Will is a very straight forward man, he does what he says he's going to do ! My son got a beautiful car thats in great condition , and at a reasonable price . He loves it, and so do I . I just want to say thank you to Will , Johnathan, and Stacy , you guys are great and I really appreciate everything ! I will recommend you guys to anyone that Is looking for a car
So I called on the phone to ask if a particular car was still for sale. The guy that answered said yes but his associate was out driving the car. I said no problem can I stop by today to see the car and the guy said no. He said there is no way his associate can bring the car back today. I said ok goodbye and found the same car at another place. Test drove a vehicle with Blair & quickly noticed major mechanical issues with the drivetrain. They told me that they were going to send the vehicle to the dealership for diagnosis/repair & call me back when they got it back. It has been 1month & they never called back. Maybe they never got it back from the dealership? They seemed like straght forward honest guys but they did not follow up with the customer.
I'm a single mama of two and I come and got a car from them and ever since I got the car I have been having trouble with my car and having to fix it all the time and about to have to get a motor rebuild on my car so I'm very upset about how my car is doing and really don't have the money to keep putting on the car but right now I'm going without a car until I can get it fixed. So I'm not pleased at all with this car lot. Thought I was getting a good car and turned out I'm spending more money getting it fixed all the time.
Walked up to the guy started talking about buying a car my friend came up to buy a car also at the same lot I asked the man to drive the car before putting cash down on the purchase, and the guy told me I couldn't drive the car not even a In person ride, honestly who would buy or put down money on a car with out hearing the car start or even taking it for a test drive, also the car is 15 years old.
