I have rented from NCJ for 4 years and they have been great. Promptly fixed maintenance issues and replaced appliances when needed. Rent increases were not unreasonable. Treena and Gwen have always been top notch helping us out. They are a wonderful team making our renewals easy through the years, only leaving to downsize from a three bedroom.
I've lived at my current property managed by NCJ for almost 4 years and have had a great experience overall. Management is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests, and they’re always willing to help out. One time, USPS ignored my hold mail request and delivered packages while I was out of town. I was worried about them being stolen, but Mr. Johnson personally picked them up and made sure they were safely delivered to my apartment. Really appreciate the extra care and responsiveness from the team.

I've lived in the same rental for six years, and in 2024, the property management switched to NCJ Real Estate. Since then, it’s been by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a property manager in Richmond. They don’t charge unnecessary fees, the staff is incredibly friendly (I've spoken to Treena the most, she is great), and their responsiveness is outstanding. When my dryer broke on a weekend, I received a call from Nellville himself at 8 PM on a Friday night. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
