I recently visited Dental Health Associates (DHA) for my 6-month checkup and cleaning. I do have dental insurance through GEHA which "supposedly" DHA honors - or at least it says so on their website. My dental insurance, similar to most dental insurances, cover 2 cleanings per year and I have gone to DHA in the past and they totally honored my insurance for the cleaning - charging me only $10 extra for the Flouride treatment. This is an excellent place to get your dental work done. The negative reviews are not about the dentist that is there now. One of them, the pregnant woman one, has the wrong dentist office because that dentist never worked at that office. The other review is in the time frame of Dr. Dowling, who I never had a problem with. But the new dentist is way better than Dr. Dowling. Had my first visit at Omro Dentistry. I am "dental phobic" & was very nervous but my hygienist, Katie, did a great job!! I felt very comfortable & she would always let me know what she was doing. Was also introduced to the dentist & she was super nice. Would highly recommend Omro Dentistry!

Dr Erika was so gentle, I had a filling done with anesthetic I felt nothing! Katie also cleaned my teeth she was very caring, gentle and great at explaining everything. Best experience I have ever had in a dental office! Vickie

I am 6 months pregnant and needed two teeth to be pulled. I have had teeth pulled in the past and I had zero issues. Today was an absolute nightmare. The staff was very friendly. Mr. Machak not so much. He seemed irritated I was even there. He went to numb me and I've never had it hurt like it did today. My left side went numb which was great and normal. My right side did not and I told him as soon as he came back, He seemed irritated and said he numbed both sides and said he numbed it again.. He did not... I would of felt i... read more

Absolutely worst dental experience I've ever had, and I've been to a handful of offices over the past eight years as my husband is active duty military and we move often. I am from NWI and moved back to the area earlier this summer while my husband was away. I chose Wadas Dental as it was in network with my insurance but had no prior knowledge about them. This morning I had the unfortunate experience at the Palm Coast, FL office . As I approached the door way a rude woman verbally attacked me. Without asking my name she continued to be obnoxious manner. Despite having the sheet in her hand she treated me poorly. I received superior treatment by Gail O'Conner who profusely appoliged by her co-worker's mistreatment.

Nothing worse than being quoted one price then charged another. As many have said this is a money pit. Dont walk away, RUN!
