I like that the person Gordon how attendant is was very good and explained every step of the way
Everyone I’ve met at Neves has been very kind and quick to respond so far. Gordon was incredibly helpful and thorough going over the lease with us in the office. They seem very attentive to their tenants. Now we haven’t lived at the property yet so I can’t speak to how it is actually working with them as property managers, but so far it has been a very pleasant experience.
I rather be homeless than Rent from this Garbage company again
If you don't know this company, I recommend that you make the most of the guided tours of each available apartment, generally their apartments are very old (I visited 3 and rented 1 although I did it because I didn't have more time to choose a better one) the point is, most of the apartments are so old that their water, electricity and gas installations (if it has gas) are almost useless, so be prepared for your utility bills to be extremely expensive, although of course, it makes sense, if the apartment doesn't have gas ser... read more
