Honestly, avoid Neves. They have poorly written, outdated policies and the combination of that with poor (or I should say plainly, lack of) communication with management will cost you a significant portion of your sanity. They are friendly when you are prospective; then when you've locked in the contract, then they drop the ball whether it is by willful ignorance or just general incompetence.
