I retained NPW Law to represent me legally from November 2018 to January 2024. I won't go into details because of legal, but I definitely wont be using this company again. They 100% flat out lied to my face at the end of the case; I couldn't believe it. Attached is a screenshot of the 1st page retainer to know I am not spam.
We paid a lot of money to have a contract written up, the contract was poorly written we wanted certain conditions and those conditions were not in the contract. So when we had to execute the options there were outs for the other party which hindered us from doing what we wanted in the first place. Not to mention we had to have another attorney negotiate and write a new contract with the other party but we lost our leverage and lost out on hundreds of thousands of dollars
