We’ve been using this pool company for regular service, and I can honestly say they go above and beyond every time. The team is always professional, punctual, and extremely thorough with their work. We recently got started with this company and I’m super pleased with the service! Came out quick when I called and immediately got to work to turn my green pool back to normal! The monthly service is always on point in cleaning and efficiently. Mike the own is super nice and communication is awesome. The guys who come to clean weekly always let us know before arriving
Hired this company to service my pool. Spoke to the owner and talked about what their service consisted of. First visit went well probably because I was present. Second visit not so good, Technician didn’t put chlorine tablets in the floaters or sweep the pool walls as he was supposed to. I called the office and got excuses, so I had to sweep the pool myself. Third visit was okay, walls were swept doors were slammed. Still didn’t put tablets in the floater. Keep in mind I have a camera recording the service visits. Long stor... read more
