Salesman very knowledgeable prices exactly what was quoted . Office staff very helpful and nice. Instalation crew very professional quickly got job done and cleaned up afterwards
This company is great I recommend them to every one I know. Sales men, office staff, and the guys who did the job were all wonderful. Such a pleasure to deal with such professional people! They are very patient and answer all of the questions we had in detail. They made this a very painless and quick ordeal and I know they will for any future customers. I look forward to the first time I have to use this, no more lost electricity.
I researched several options for whole house generators and decided to go with Never Dark. I'm so glad I did! Their service has been awesome from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and helpful, the salesman was knowledgeable and transparent about pricing. Install was done efficiently and neatly, everything was left clean. They answered all my questions. I'm really happy with the end product and the whole process.

Never Dark is definitely the way to go for a whole house generator! A two man team performed the installation and you could tell it was what they did! They were fast, efficient and cleaned up at the end. Then we got our tutorial on how it works. Never Dark handled everything from getting a salesperson out here, getting the permits, the propane company and all of the inspections. The entire process was on them, not us! Thanks to Never Dark we won’t have to worry about power outages again!
Never Dark answered all of our questions, Install went as scheduled. They coordinated with the local gas company and the required inspections. It was a seamless install. The generator works great. No problems at all since the install in February 2019.
