My truck will never go anywhere else, but Neville’s. Awesome work. Under promised and over delivered. I can’t say enough about the shop If you don’t wanna get screwed by the other guys bring your car to Neville’s on Michigan Avenue for now on. Again the only place I will shop with my truck.
I was already in a bad place when my car stopped working. They had my car for a week trying to get it started again. Turns out the engine was locked and it needed a whole new engine and they were nice enough to wave the diagnostic fee and gave me as much time as I needed to make arrangements to have the car junked. I feel they are honest good people that work there. And will use them for any other car problems I have in the future.
The people here always take great care of our personal and business vehicles, and prices are extremely affordable. Wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!
Nevels has been our go to mechanic shop for 7 years now. They are honest, Straight Shooters, that don't try to fix what isn't broken. They are comparable in price as much as they can be, with the price of labor these days. We've always been happy with the work that they've done.
